It has been a full year, I am now older but not slower. I think that I finally learn that I have to not over stretch myself and be so absorved with my training. working full time is not the best combination for being a competitive triathlete.
making the long story short, I felt like the luckiest person in the world, I did 9:34 hrs which was the fastest time from anybody living in the NoVa area for a full Ironman race and broke the LAtin American record for 40+ triathletes.
It was all worth it! I am not finished yet with my triathlon career.
